WARRANTY POLICY
& SUPPORT
LiP offers a 3-year warranty on all sunglasses frames and all standard (non-optical) lenses against major defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser. The warranty period for optical lenses is 1 year.
We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality for both our products and our customer service, so if you are experiencing any problems with your purchase, please reach out to us by filling in the warranty / support request below. If the warranty period for your purchase has expired, we may offer suggestions for the purchase or repair of the parts affected.
If you purchased your sunglasses directly from our online store, then you will not need to register your warranty as we will hold details in our database about your purchase. If however you purchased your sunglasses from one of our authorised dealers or distributors, you may want to register your warranty. You will need to provide the date of purchase and the identity and location of the dealer that you purchased from. Please click “Warranty Registration” below to register your purchase with us.
If you wish to raise a warranty claim or need support about a problem you are experiencing, please complete the Warranty / Support Request Form below.
The more information you can provide us, the easier it will be for us to respond. Uploading images of the part / parts affected will help us to understand the nature of the issue you are experiencing and the solutions that are available.
If the issue concerns lenses, please state clearly the base colour of the lenses and whether the problem is evident on the inner or outer lens surfaces (or both).
If the problem relates to the frame, please identify the colour of the frame and the four digit code that is printed on the inside of the right temple.
Please note that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (which includes scratches on the lenses), lens pops or loss, theft, or damage caused by accident / abuse / neglect / shock / improper use or storage of the product, unauthorised modifications or repairs and improper maintenance.
LiP Sunglasses has the sole discretion to determine if and to what extent there is a major defect in materials or workmanship. If we determine that there is a major defect in materials or workmanship and agree to replace the part(s) concerned under Warranty, we shall replace those parts which are determined to be defective provided that there are parts or components available (shipping costs and import taxes / duties not included). You are responsible for the cost of shipping the part or component replaced under Warranty together with any import taxes or duties that may be applicable for your country.
